Catalysts are always available for Marks of Victory from John Constantine in your HQ or in the Marketplace. This weekend, ALL Catalysts also have a chance to drop as rewards in Episode 33: Atlantis' daily On Duty content, and are guaranteed to drop in Atlantis' weekly On Duty content. Play this latest episode's instances (event, normal, or elite versions), and stock up on those Catalysts! Catalyst rewards are obtained when you complete each instance.

Free Gift: Breakthrough Cache
Additionally, all players that log in during the bonus weekend will receive a Breakthrough Cache, containing 1 Seal of Preservation (which prevents you from losing your Catalysts if the breakthrough fails), and 2 Catalyst Caches, which when opened will allow you to choose any catalyst you want as a reward. One gift per account. Open your Redeem Menu in the Marketplace and you'll find the Cache there.
The Bonus Catalyst Weekend and free gift will begin this Thursday (July 26, 2018) with daily server restarts, and will last through Sunday (July 29, 2018), to daily server restarts on Monday morning.
In a forum post this morning, Ted "Mepps" Stone has confirmed that in an upcoming hotfix coming soon, all artifacts will be removed from loot drop tables and put on a vendor for 10 Marks of Victory each, and will retain being tradeable.
