The breakdown is for all 3 Membership Levels and does not include pre-existing Stabilizers or Fragments you may already have or bonus Fragment drops within the Time Capsules themselves. This provides a daily count of how many Stabilizers & Fragments can be earned from the Stabilizer Fragmentation Event before the RMCs that drop on the last day expire.
