With the new addition of the Artifact XP Packs, the Devs have made more updates to the Artifacts System in the most recent Hotfix.
Read MoreStarting with the release of Kryptonian Time Capsules, the Artifacts found in Assassin Time Capsules, which were the first Time Capsules to contain Artifacts, are shown to be now having both the Eyes of Dusk and the individual Artifacts available for purchase on the Quark Vendor for 100 Quarks for Eyes of the Dusk and 25 Quarks for each Artifact. Obtaining the Eyes of the Dusk still allows one to gather the three 10 piece collections to attain the three individual Artifacts, so either 75 Quarks for all of the Artifacts or 100 Quarks for the Eyes of the Dusk Face Style to unlock the other artifacts for free after obtaining 3 collections per day over 10 days of game play.
Also, Kryptonian Time Capsule Artifacts which are currently unlocked with opening 5, 10 and 15 Kryptonian Time Capsules respectively, also have a line text in it's tooltip information denoting that they too will be available on the Quark Vendor 25 Quarks for each Artifact as well once the next Time Capsule is released, to attain the three individual Artifacts, that do not require a style item attached to unlock them in the collections like the Assassin Time Capsule Artifacts.
In a forum post this morning, Ted "Mepps" Stone has confirmed that in an upcoming hotfix coming soon, all artifacts will be removed from loot drop tables and put on a vendor for 10 Marks of Victory each, and will retain being tradeable.

Starting today and through the weekend, its another Bonus Weekend and this time its big or go home. Daybreak announced a TRIPLE Atlantean Crown Weekend. This includes all Deluge Content including the Story Missions for those who just start joining the Deluge Content. This is in Preparation for players to get Geared and ready for Episode 32: Teen Titans coming next month.
